Patients failing to attend their appointments .....
We are very busy at present, however we are experiencing a high number of patients not attending for planned appointments. Patients who persistently fail to attend, or cancel with sort notice risk being deregistered from the practice. We do our best by texting and calling patients to remind of appointments (which is just a courtesy reminder here at CVDP) These appointments could be offered to other patients (We do appreciate emergencies can occur) Missed appointments may be chargeable.
